When does the H-1 status get canceled for an EB-5 applicant with a pending I-526?

I am currently on an H-1 visa, with a pending I-526 for EB-5. Does my H-1 status get canceled when the EB-5 EAD gets approved? Or does the H-1 status get canceled only when the EB-5 EAD and the Advance Parole both get approved?

The H-1B does not get canceled when either the EAD or advance parole are issued - only when the green card is issued or when you withdraw it, unless of course it expires.

The H does not get canceled until you become a permanent resident.
