How should I respond to the questions regarding my immigrant petition history on the DS-160 form if I have pending EB-5 petition?

I have dual applications for EB-5 and H1B. My EB-5”s I-526 has been approved and I applied for I-485, which has been pending for years. Currently I got my H1B visa approved. In this case, when I fill out the DS-160 “Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?” I assume I should say “yes”, but which number should I write down here, I -526 approval or I-485 receipt?

I-526 is technically the immigrant petition. At the interview, bring both.

Yes, say yes. It is the I-526 that is the immigrant petition.

Disclose the date and place of filing I-526 filed on X date; I-485 adjustment filed on Y date at ABC centner. No problem for H-1B.

Always answer honestly. They know already after all. It is fine to list both.
