How can I maintain my conditional permanent resident status with a pending I-829 if the EB-5 entity I invested in goes bankrupt?

My EB-5 I-829 was filed in March 2021. My family and I are on a conditional green card. The company in which I have invested is currently at risk of bankruptcy. Will this have any impact on my GC status? What can I do to avoid it?
