How will an EB-5 project lawsuit impact my L-1 and I-485 approval?

My EB-5 project failed and the investors are getting together to sue the project management company. I am doing L-1, and am wondering if I join the lawsuit, will it impact my L-1 approval? My I-140 has already been approved. If I get L-1 approval and am back to the US, how will my I-485 approval be impacted?

  It is hard to see how a civil EB-5 litigation matter would impact your L-1 or your eligibility to adjust status.

  The lawsuit should not affect your L-1A petition, which is unrelated to your I-526 process.
