May I get the EB-5 and L-1A in the same enterprise?
I have the money to get an EB-5 visa and intend to open an affiliated company from Brazil in the USA. May I get two L1 to my partner and my director besides my EB-5 for the same business?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyYes, if you invest the correct amount of capital and create at least 10 new jobs in a new business, this could be the basis for both an L-1 and an EB-5. And if the position is managerial, you might also qualify for an EB-1 managerial transfer green card.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyIt is possible to utilize the L-1A immediately to set up your company in the U.S. Then, you may have an option for EB-1C as a multinational executive/manager, or EB-5. The benefit with having the L-1A visa is that there is dual intent, which means you can pursue permanent residence while also being in the U.S. temporarily for work. More information is needed to be able to address your scenario in detail.
