How can I create the rest of the ten jobs needed for my EB-5 removal of conditions?

I have one restaurant in my LLC, but there are currently seven jobs in this business. I need 10 jobs for the removal of conditions on my EB-5 green card. If I buy any existing business (like a gas station with a convenience store) under my LLC, can I show the employees of this business as part of my 10 jobs?

It might be better to expand the existing business as a new commercial enterprise, especially if already existing, it may not help you. Also make sure each worker is qualified because they have to be full-time qualifying employees. Generally, only US citizens and green card holders and refugee/asylees qualify.

We would need to analyze the project as described in your business plan when you filed the I-526.

Would it not be easier to hire 3 additional people or show that you will within a reasonable period of time instead of buying another existing business (which would not work anyways)?

You need to stick to your original business plan. Was an acquisition of a gas station in the BP? Do not mess this up, you are so close. Talk to your attorney.
