Is USCIS actually processing any combo cards for EB-5 investors?

I applied for my I-765 and I-131 back in May of this year along with the I-485. My biometrics were taken in August but I’ve not had any updates to my case or heard anything since. I tried calling USCIS to ask for an update but their automated system wouldn’t allow me to talk to an agent.

Any idea if USCIS are actually issuing combo cards and if so, how long before I can expect to hear back or file an expedite request? I’m on the verge of losing my H visa and need my I-765 to work again.

Sadly, they are taking a very long time to process these I-765s. So we have had to file mandamus actions where we finally started to see results. But it appears the expedite requests are having limited success since everyone is applying for an expedite.

They are but only if you invested in a private project. Anything related to a Regional Center project is on hold for now until Congress re-authorizes.

It appears they resumed doing this! No news on the rest yet.

I do not see why not. They are taking about a year to process EADs.
