Are there any US banks or finance companies that are making unsecured loans to EB-5 investors who are still living abroad? If not, what are the alternatives?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneySorry, I do not know the answer. The loan can be secured by your other assets just not the project you are investing in. Best bet is likely to be in your country where they can get security from your existing assets.
