What is the approximate timeline for an EB-5 investor on TPS with undocumented presence in the past?

I am currently doing adjustment of status with EB-5 while on Temporary Protected Status, after having accrued undocumented presence in the past. What is the approximate timeline for a case like that? Are there any extra steps due to the accrued presence?

USCIS takes the position that TPS beneficiaries who travel abroad temporarily, with the prior consent of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and who return in accordance with that prior authorization, may be inspected and admitted into TPS upon return, with certain exceptions. Processing these adjustments will likely take about 1-2 years depending on which USCIS District you live in and whether USCIS schedules an in-person interview.

I need more evidence to advise. You should not have filed for I-485 with too much unlawful presence unless you meet one of the exceptions.

Did you obtain a waiver for unlawful presence?

It is not clear that you are eligible for adjustment of status but if you are, it will take just as long as all other EB-5 adjustments.
