How does the follow to join process work for the newly married spouse of an EB-5 investor?

I am an approved EB-5 investor on a conditional permanent residency, living in the U.S. for 6 months now. I am due to get married in a month and my fiancé is on an F-1 student visa. After getting married, are we eligible for a follow-to-join under my EB-5 application? Or do I have to apply for her under family second preference category (2A) as the spouse of a permanent resident? Which is preferable/correct?

FB-2a now that you are a CR and you did not marry before getting conditional residence.
