What happens if an EB-5 investor misspells their name in the DS-260 form?

When I was filling out my EB-5 DS-260 form, I made a mistake in my fourth given name and wrote one letter differently from what is written in my passport. Could this be reason enough to deny my DV? I will mention this to the officer before my interview, but I am worried. Do these types of mistakes cause denials?

This should not be an issue - simply notify the officer of the typo at the interview.

It should not. Your attorney can message through the portal about the name as well.
