How will my medical condition impact by EB-5 green card application?

If Syphilis is detected during my exams for the I-693, does this mean that I will be inadmissible for the green card although I would receive the proper medical treatment?
Do I have to wait until the disease has been treated to be able to finishing the process?
I mean, I will go through treatment and then I could continue with the paperwork?
How long do I have to wait?
After treatment, I will be classified as class B condition. Could that be considered as potential condition to deny the approval of your green card?

Conservative approach would be to fall into Class B condition after treatment.

You must pass the medical exam to qualify for admission in the U.S., including negative STD results.

There are two options. You can apply for a waiver while under treatment but this is class A inadmissibility. After treatment, no waiver is required because it is then a class B determination.

You can read about the health ground of inadmissibility here: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-8-part-b-chapter-6. A waiver may be available and you should have an attorney analyze applicability to you.

Only Class A conditions are potentially problems. If you can show under treatment or treatment completed, it should be fine.
