I am an EB-5 investor from India. My I-526 priority date is Nov. 2018. My I-526 application has been approved and my I-797 notice of action date is 07/20/2022. I have been in the USA for three months. Can I apply for an adjustment of status immediately? Are there any steps I should take before that?
