I believe the typical time it takes for an EB-5 applicant to get an advance parole/travel permit upon concurrent filing is 6-9 months. Is there any way to expedite this? What can I do to get my AP fast?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyIf you can show an emergency need to travel, you can request this through an INFOPASS at the local office and/or try to expedite the AP at the I-485 filing stage but they will want something out of the ordinary as many business persons want and need to travel sooner than AP is adjudicated. What is your underlying NIV status? If H or L, you can use that to travel.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyUSCIS has strict expedite criteria found under forms - filing guidance on its website. You can try using your local Congressman to make a request for you too. If your case is within processing times, it is less likely your case will be expedited unless you have a serious emergency.
