What does it mean for me as an EB-5 investor that the DOJ has removed the case quota for immigration judges?

I am an EB-5 investor from India who have a pending case. Does this mean it will go faster? What is the impact of this for EB-5 investors?

Is your pending case in removal (deportation) proceedings? If not, this notice has no effect on you.

This will have no impact on EB-5. This was a legislation under the Trump Administration that required immigration judges to adjudicate a certain number of cases and that would go against basic concepts of justice.

Case quotas for immigration judges are not relevant for EB-5 processing purposes.

This decision will not affect the adjudication of petitions as part of the EB-5 process, unless the I-829 petitioner happens to be in removal (deportation) proceedings.

It has nothing whatsoever to do with your application.
