How can I fund my EB-5 investment with a secured loan?

I am taking a secured loan from a company which has legitimate and proven source of funds. I plan to repay this loan within 1 year. After I make the EB-5 investment with such loan proceeds, do I have to repay it with provable source of funds, and report to USCIS throughout the course of my repayment?

You need to be ready to show all the funds are lawfully sourced including the money you use to repay the loan.
