How can an Indian EB-5 investor identify their category according to the visa bulletin priority date?

My priority date is November 29, 2021 for EB-5 under TEA high unemployment category (prior to the new set aside rule from March 2022.) I am Indian. Per the bulletin, my date is current. So, am I in the unreserved category or the set-aside category?
