I plan to withdraw my I-829 because the EB-5 project failed and I decided to seek another way to obtain the green card. I am the primary applicant and I am outside the U.S. now. My spouse and kids are still in the U.S. So, my question is, how long would it take to get my I-829 withdrawal approved? I am planning to apply for an L-1 in June 2024. What is the best timing to withdraw the I-829? If the timing cannot be forecasted, can I withdraw I-829 during the L-1 interview outside the U.S.?
