I am a dependent to a primary EB-5 applicant, and our I-829 is still in the process of being approved. It has been 48 months since the petition was filed. Once the I-829 is adjudicated, is it possible for the primary applicant to remove/cancel the permanent green card of a dependent? I wish to keep my green card – I am just worried that the primary applicant might revoke it.
