We filed our EB-5 I-829 back in 2019 winter and are awaiting processing. The project we invested in is complete and all conditions relating to I-829 have been fulfilled. I have an option of getting my principal back or opting for redeployment. Should we get our funds back despite a pending I-829, or opt for redeployment? I have been told that considerable time has elapsed since I-829 filing and if all conditions have been met, funds can be received back. How should I proceed?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyIf the I-829 has been filed, you no longer need to sustain your investment and provided the project permits returning the money at this stage, you should be able to redeem your investment.
