Will the 48-month I-797 (EB-5 I-829) be effective with the ADIT stamp while traveling overseas?

I submitted the EB-5 I-829 in April 2020. Since the expiration of my original conditional green card, I received the 18- and 24-month I-797 extension notices; subsequently, I had to get an ADIT stamp when the 24-month I-797 also expired. When doing so, however, the ISO took away my original 2-year green card. Recently, my 48-month I-797 has been issued and is currently being sent over via mail. The I-797 states that it must be presented with the expired I-551 PRC, which I no longer possess. Will the 48-month I-797 still be effective with the ADIT stamp (due to expire in July 2023)? If not, what are my options?

Big problem if they took away your card as you will need another stamp.

Perhaps bring the ADIT stamp and a copy of the expired PR card along with the new 48-month extension receipt. Did they take that away or did you lose it?

I-551 stamp in a valid foreign passport and the extension notice will be sufficient.

The ADIT stamp, together with your new I-797 and your passport, will be sufficient to be admitted back to the US.
