I am an EB-5 investor from China, and my petition was filed almost 8 weeks ago. I was advised that the receipt usually comes within 2 weeks, but I have not received anything yet. What has been the usual wait time for the receipt recently? Is waiting 8 weeks normal? If not, what can I do?
