What is happening to I-526 petitions following the EB-5 reauthorization?

My I-526 got approved last year. Has USCIS/NVC started the I-526 approved process or are they waiting 60 days from the reauthorization date to start the visas issuance process?

USCIS is processing and approving regional center filings as we got an approval today and NVC is moving fast on processing and consulates are scheduling many final interviews. The program is moving again and we are only waiting for USCIS to advise on new I-526 regional center filing procedures, which are supposed to start July 16, 2022.

Waiting the 60 days, but then you need to push to make sure the approval gets to NVC if it did not previously.
