What does it mean when my EB-5 I-485 status is re-updated to “Case Remains Pending?”

I am an EB-5 Regional Center applicant. I submitted my I-485 in April 2021, received a request for evidence to submit my Form I-693 in May 2022, and responded end of June 2022. The USCIS status on my case was updated to “Response to RFE received.” However, it has just been updated again to “Case remains pending.” Per the bulletin, visas are current for my country and it has been more than 60 days since I submitted the RFE. What does this status update mean? What is the expected timeline, approximately, from the submission of the RFE to I-485 approval?

It means that your case remains "pending" a decision.

Predicting when an AOS will get adjudicated is difficult other than to say you can reasonably expect to see a decision relatively soon.
