I am currently on a student visa. If I were to file an I-485 and wanted to apply for OPT down the road, would the OPT application be denied or impacted in any other way?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyWhen you file an I-485, you will get a new unrestricted work card after 2-3 months, therefore you do not need OPT. USCIS may not approve because sometimes they do not like to issue two EADs.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyOnce you file the I-485, you can also apply for an EAD based on the I-485 under the category C9. Therefore, you will not need to apply for an OPT EAD.
