How will USCIS respond to the withdrawal of an EB-5 application?

If I choose to withdraw my EB-5 case and end the immigration process after my I-526 is approved but before I get my conditional green card, will USCIS send a notice for that? If they do, will the notice be in paper or email form? Will it be sent to the attorney or the applicant directly? How does this process work?

If you withdraw, they will ordinarily send a notice but there does not seem to be consistency. I have seen both email responses and letter responses. Ordinarily, it is to the attorney of record.

You will get a paper notice/confirmation in the mail that your application was withdrawn. Can be sent to either you or your attorney.
