My parents want to submit a re-entry document, and we were wondering approximately how long would it take to get a biometrics appointment after filing? They want to travel within 5 weeks and were wondering if they would get the appointment within that time frame.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyLikely, but often they are able to use previous biometrics and will advise this with a notice. Once they have the Receipt though, they can try to walk into the nearest Application Support Center with proof of travel plans and many times they can print from the Receipt Notice. Discretionary though depending on how busy they are.
