How can I get an EB-5 green card without my family member involved if he is the main applicant?

Our family has a pending I-829 petition. Due the Covid situation, my parents can not travel from our country to the U.S. to get the finger print done. I am nearly 21 and now living in the U.S. Is there any possibilities that I could get the green card on my own?

It is very important you explain this in writing and ask that they postpone the fingerprinting appointment of your parents. As a derivative, if the principal is denied, you may be placed in removal proceedings.
