How can I as an EB-5 green card holder bring my infant child to the United States?

I am a green card holder and have a wife and four children. My wife and three of my children have a green card and my fourth child was born outside the United States of America and he does not hold a green card and is now a year and a half old. I am currently residing in the United States, but my wife and child are outside the United States. How do I bring my infant child to the United States of America?

Does the child fit under this scenario - see Zaslow memo. If not, need to file an I-130 for the child if the child was born after the Principal became a permanent resident or handle as follow to join if born prior to Principal becoming a permanent resident with IO-824 for consular processing.

There are two options - one is to process a following to join for the child who enters before their second birthday, and the other is to have parents enter with child upon her first trip. You should have done this together but we have done it with one parent; provided, of course, this would be the first trip back of your wife.
