Immigration attorneysIn order to change the name of your child, you may have to make an application to the superior court.

Immigration attorneysOnce you have the legal name change completed with the Court, submit a copy to the agency where your EB-5 case currently resides. If still at the I-526 stage, then hold the document and submit at the DS-260 or I-485 stage.
