If I file, as an EB-5 GC holder, a Form I-30 for my father, what should I do about his wife?

As an EB-5 green card holder, I petitioned for my father and I am in the process of receiving the approval for his case. However, his wife (or my stepmother in this case) also has to be included in the application. Should I file another I-30 Form, or what would be the correct course of action here?

You need to make sure you can petition for your stepmother. In this case, stepchildren must prove that the marriage which formed their stepchild relationship occurred before they turned 18.
