I am an EB-5 petitioner that invested in a project in Manhattan. It has already been over 5 years since I invested, but I never heard anything about the return of my funds. While doing my taxes, I got confused by the K-1 from last year. Where can I get relevant information about this? When will I get my investment back?

Securities AttorneysYou should have a provision in your Operating Agreement for where notices are to be sent. There also may be disclosure of an auditor. You should write to both of them for your K-1 after the Regional Center is contacted. 5 years is a while. You should definitely contact skilled securities counsel in the US to evaluate what can be done, if anything.
