I filed my I-526 in Oct 2015. Got the EB-5 conditional green card in Jan. 2018 and filed my I-829 in Jan 2020. I am currently waiting for the I-829 approval. Can I withdraw my funds from the regional center now, as it has been 8 years since I invested the funds? Will it affect my I-829 approval/RFE?
