My EB-5 I-526 application has already been approved, but my filing date is not earlier than the Priority Date for India in Chart A. However, it falls before the Priority Date for India indicated in Chart B. When would be the earliest possible time for me to file for Adjustment of Status based on the Chart B date?

There is likely to be more movement forward in the visa bulletin in October of 2023.
