What are the differences in EB-5 file transfer times with IOE petitions?

I have recently received approval for my EB-5 I-526E petition. In the past, I know that it took USCIS many months to transfer the file to NVC. Now, as is my case, are you noticing any difference in the transfer of petitions that start with IOE, being that this is an electronic filing and thus should be more straightforward for USCIS to transfer?

Should be faster but if no case number received in 30 days then send an email to NVC research.
