Can I file the I-829 together with my ex-wife for my EB-5 visa?

I need to file I-829 next Jan, can I file it with my ex-wife together? We got divorced this year, but both of us are single now. We agree to file this together as a family. Are we allowed to do that or do we have to file separately?
