What is the expected EB-5 I-485 processing time after I-526 approval?

What is the expected processing time for an EB-5 I-485 application after an I-526 approval where the I-485 was concurrently filed while the I-526 was pending?

We do not know yet but we are hopeful that it will be fast, maybe within 6-12 months.

Since concurrent filing of I-485 case on a pending I-526 is being held in Texas, the I-485 will probably be transferred to another service center for actual adjudication. It is unclear how long it takes for IPO office to notify whomever that has the concurrently filed I-485 that I-526 was approved as I do not know if any were approved since they started allowing concurrent filing. While we wish the notification and then adjudication could be quick, I am sure that it will take months knowing USCIS bureaucracy.

Processing can vary depending on the service center that currently has your application. 14-24 months is a general ballpark, although USCIS processing times online will have very wide ranges.
