How does a recent criminal conviction affect EB-5 eligibility?

I have been considering applying for an EB-5 visa, but in 2022, I was charged for consumption of marijuana. Would I still qualify for EB-5? Would I need a waiver, or any other steps I need to take first?

An attorney opining on this would need to see the criminal records, know the quantity, etc.
