I already have an EAD based on economic hardship for my F-1 status. However, my EAD expires in March and I am planning on filing I-485 in May/June because I will be a military spouse by then. Can I renew my EAD before filing my I-485? And will this jeopardize my I-485 application?

Find EB-5 Visa Lawyers: Immigration Attorneys DirectoryIf eligible, you can renew the F-1 hardship EAD. If not, always best to include the I-765 and I-131 with I-485 filing (cannot be filed before the I-485 though. We file them concurrently.)

Find EB-5 Visa Lawyers: Immigration Attorneys DirectoryYou have to renew it before you file I-485. Filing I-485 will also give you a right to apply for an EAD.
