I am getting ready to apply for EB-5 direct and would like to ask what is a safe, reasonable period of time for it to be adjudicated? USCIS shows about 60 months – if I put in an application today, does it mean that I will only get an answer in 2028? I understand that each application is different and will vary, but a realistic, based-on-experience timeframe would be appreciated.
Thank you

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyWe are seeing approvals sooner than that unless from a backlogged country - factoring in the almost one-year lapse and ramp-up time, it may be as little as 2 ½ years, but better to be conservative. Also, if lawfully in the US, you can file concurrently with an adjustment of status in certain circumstances.
