How can my EB-5 dependents come to the U.S. since we did not receive an NVC letter about their consular processing?

I just got my I-485 approval as an EB-5 direct investor. But my wife and kids are in Canada. They are dependents in my EB-5 application. I have no letter from NVC about their consular processing from Canada. What are their options to come to Canada? Do we need to take any extra steps?

You will need to either have them come legally to the U.S. in a nonimmigrant status and then file an I-485 etc. for each, or file an I-824 for them to begin the consular process as your dependents.

You would need to file an I-824 to notify the U.S. consular office you have adjusted status and to process your dependents.

Yes, if your wife and children seek to immigrant visa process, you should have filed a following to join petition for them with your adjustment but need to now file it ASAP.
