What details should an EB-5 dependent be aware of while filling out Form I-829?

When an EB-5 dependent (spouse) files the I-829 separately from the main applicant, what is the application fee? The main applicant already filed I-829 two years before. When the EB-5 dependent fills out the I-829 about the spouse (main applicant) information, does the dependent have to answer “no” to the question “Is this spouse applying with you?”

If you did not file with the principal applicant, you will pay a separate filing fee. The Form instructions confirm what evidence must be submitted when filing separately. I recommend speaking to your immigration attorney prior to filing.
