My wife is an EB-5 petitioner. Her I-526 is approved, waiting in a long queue. I would like to apply for an F-1 visa, and my wife and children for F-2 visas. When filling out the DS-160, my wife must disclose her EB-5 application. As dependents, do I and my children also need to disclose the EB-5 application on our DS-160s? What kind of an impact should we expect?
