How will my status as an EB-5 dependent affect my DS-160 processing?

My wife is an EB-5 petitioner. Her I-526 is approved, waiting in a long queue. I would like to apply for an F-1 visa, and my wife and children for F-2 visas. When filling out the DS-160, my wife must disclose her EB-5 application. As dependents, do I and my children also need to disclose the EB-5 application on our DS-160s? What kind of an impact should we expect?

Yes, best to disclose and indicate you will be returning to the consulate for immigrant visa processing in the future when the Priority Date is current or when scheduled for interview.
