I am a Canadian living in Canada. My I-526 has been denied because the EB-5 project could not raise the required money. I am considering doing a Motion to Reconsider/Reopen (MTR). I am also looking at getting a TN from Canada. Will doing an MTR reduce or eliminate my ability to get a TN visa? What is my best course of action?
