How can a DACA recipient apply for EB-5?

I am a DACA recipient, entry without inspection. My parent was approved for the 245(i) in 2000 via relative petition. Would I be eligible to apply for an EB-5 visa? Would the 245(i) help me in this case?

If you are eligible to adjust under 245(i) then you could apply to adjust based on an EB-5 petition even if you came to the United States without inspection or "EWI."

Yes it would, at the I-485 stage.
