I have been waiting nearly 7 months to have my EB-5 interview scheduled at the consulate in Hong Kong. Is this considered normal? The only other person I know in Hong Kong had his interview scheduled within two months – he received the NVC welcome letter 5 months before me, so I am struggling to find a rationale for such a difference. Does this delay mean anything? Are there any steps I should take?
