How can I travel internationally on an expiring conditional EB-5 green card?

My conditional EB-5 green card is expiring in the next 6 months. I have an international business trip coming up and need to go out of the States for a month and enter back into the US. Would there be any constraints, as my GC has less than 6 months of validity? Are there any steps I can take in advance to avoid any issues?

You can apply for an ADIT stamp in your passport, but I recommend you return to the U.S. before the current green card expires and plan to timely file the I-829 to remove conditions on your green card. When this is filed, you will get a Receipt extending evidence of your green card status for another 48 months while the I-829 is pending.

File your application for removal of condition and that should automatically extend your resident status.

You should file your I-829 petition if you have not already so you can be provided with an extension that is currently being issued by the USCIS for 48 months.
