After sponsoring the F-2A visa of my future spouse through my EB-5 conditional green card holder status, what happens if the I-829 of my family gets d

I am an accompanying child for the EB-5 petition of my mother. I am considering getting married and sponsoring my girlfriend for an F-2A. I have read that I can do it once I have a conditional green card. Since chart B is current for F-2A, she can file for I-485 and get EAD. What happens to my conditional green card status and the EAD of my girlfriend if my family I-829 got denied? At which point in the process will we lose status?

If I-829 and MTR, should you file one, get denied, everyone will be in the same boat and eventually in removal proceedings. Make sure you timely file I-751.
