I received my EB-5 conditional green card in July 2022 but the regional center is not responding at all about job creation. My spouse (who is on EB-5 conditional GC through me) is now eligible for an EB-2 green card through her employer. Can she file for an EB-2 green card (I-485) as primary, with me as a dependent for an EB-2 green card? Would this make more sense for me?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyThe easiest way is to surrender your existing green cards and consular process the new green card through a consulate abroad. The other alternative is to let the current green card expire and then apply to re-adjust under Matter of Stockwell.
