How do we get green card benefits sooner according to the new EB-5 amendments?

As there is concurrent filing for AOS, does that mean we will get benefits of a green card within 90-120 days of filing i-526, considering India is current at the time of filing? I reside in the US on F1-OPT status.

Yes you are able to file the I-485 concurrently with approved or pending I-526 but interim benefits are much slower than 90-120 days currently.

There is a 60 day hold for regional center and the website still says no concurrent filing, but for those bold enough, one could file a direct one-step I-526/I-485. But note the USCIS website has not been updated so there is a risk of rejection.
